Privacy and cookie policy
Effective from 24 September 2026.
§1Data controller
The controller of your personal data is ŁUK-PAL Adrian Grobosz, ul. Kilińskiego 1, 47-303 Krapkowice, VAT ID (NIP) 7561375847, REGON 160267408.

§2What data we collect and why
We process the data you provide to us when sending an enquiry by e-mail, by phone or via the forms on the website: name and surname, company name, e-mail address, phone number, project location, the content of the enquiry and attached files.
- Preparing a quote and fulfilling an order — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract and its performance).
- Responding to enquiries and contacting you about a quote — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest).
- Settlements, invoices and tax obligations — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
- Establishing or defending against claims — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Data entered in the website form, together with any attached files, is delivered to our mailbox via the Netlify Forms service and stored in the Netlify dashboard until we delete it. Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot prepare a quote.
§3How long we keep data
- Enquiries that did not result in an order — up to 12 months from the last contact.
- Order-related data — for the duration of the contract and the limitation period for claims.
- Accounting documents — for the period required by tax law (usually 5 years from the end of the tax year).
§4Who we share data with
We do not sell data. It may be accessed only by entities that provide services to us:
- our e-mail provider (Google — Gmail),
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and processing of enquiry forms,
- our accounting office, transport and courier companies — to the extent needed to fulfil an order,
- public authorities — where required by law.
Some providers (e.g. Google, Netlify) may process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of standard contractual clauses or a European Commission decision confirming an adequate level of protection.
§5Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
§6Cookies and similar technologies
The website stores small pieces of information in your browser (cookies and browser storage):
- Essential — remember your cookie choice and whether your visit has already been counted by the visitor counter. They do not require consent.
- Analytics and marketing (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook pixel) — we activate them only with your consent, to measure website traffic and ad performance.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:
§7Third-party services on the website
- Google Fonts and Google Maps — to display fonts and the directions map, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
- Visitor counter — counts visits via an external service (abacus.jasoncameron.dev), which receives your IP address. It does not store data that could identify you.
- Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile — these are ordinary links. Once you click them, those services' privacy policies apply.
§8Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, e.g. after adding new website features. The current version is always available on this page.
